The style barometer from the fashion capitals indicates colour

Every capital follows its own codes and rules on the way in which fashion will be adopted in people’s wardrobes, in shop windows and on the streets. Every capital, from New York to London and from Milan to Paris, determines its relation to colour, design, a garment’s practicality and the impression it makes on viewers. One thing is certain, however; all fashion weeks seem to agree on one point: the hypotonic presence of black and the triumph of bright rich colours. The rest depends on the designers and the style, which lend each city its distinct profile.
